The Crossroads

Life doesn't come with a map.

But you don't have to navigate it alone.

Sometimes in life we find ourselves stuck at a crossroads, settling and finding it difficult to accept we've outgrown the version of where we are are.  That something in your life feels ready for change.  Sometimes we know there's more waiting for us, but feel uncertain or fearful about stepping into the unknown.

Or perhaps something in your life is asking for your attention.  A transition.  A decision. An acceptance.

Or maybe you've simply lost sight of yourself beneath the demands of life.

Whatever brought you here, know I understand... And I see you.

Feeling lost isn't where your story ends.

Step forward to Find Your North.  Become her.

About

My name is Becki

Let me start by being clear: I’m not perfect. And I don’t pretend to be.

I’m a Jay Shetty Certified Coach, whilst also navigating a high-stakes professional role, multiple businesses, motherhood, responsibility, pressure, and the occasional chaos of life itself.

There is no room for perfect in that.

Then we add:

Trauma.

Divorce.

Losing a parent as a teenager.

AuDHer.

Former single mum.

Perimenopause.

A chronic health condition.

Major life transitions.

Starting again more than once.

The truth is, I know what it feels like to carry responsibility, grief, pressure, reinvention, and the quiet weight of trying to hold everything together whilst still showing up for everyone else.

But I also know this:

You can rebuild.

You can realign.

You can become more yourself again.

Alongside my lived experience, I bring over 22 years of working with people through change, crisis, growth and transformation.

For more than two decades I have supported people through some of life’s most complex situations. And one thing I have learned is this:

Most people already hold the answers they are searching for.

They just cannot always see them clearly whilst standing inside the pattern.

That is where coaching becomes powerful.

Not because someone tells you what to do.

But because someone helps you see what has been there all along.

When clarity arrives, decisions become easier. Confidence becomes quieter. The path forward becomes far less complicated than it first appeared.

Clarity changes everything.

My work is thoughtful, honest and grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. I help driven women untangle overthinking, rebuild self-trust and move forward with a direction that feels aligned, not forced.

You do not need to have all the answers.

You simply need the courage to begin.

I will help guide you home again.

Find your North. Become her.

Real Stories.  Real Change.

Gwen,

Becki supported me through a particularly difficult period in my life with genuine insight and care. She helped me to contextualise my thoughts and emotions, enabling me to understand not just how I was feeling, but why. Through her guidance, I was able to recognise my own resilience and acknowledge that I had been coping effectively over a sustained period, despite the challenges I was facing. She gently challenged my tendency to be overly self-critical, helping me to reframe my perspective in a more balanced and compassionate way. Becki created space for me to articulate my feelings, refocus my energy, and think more clearly about risk, safety, and my longer-term life goals. Her support was both grounding and empowering. Cannot recommend Becki enough

Working with Becki has had a really positive impact on both my mindset and daily habits. I was struggling to balance work and physical activity, and she helped me identify the areas I needed to focus on to achieve my goal of becoming more physically active.

What stood out most was how she helped me break down a bigger goal into smaller, realistic SMART goals that felt achievable and helped me stay accountable. Our sessions provided a safe, supportive space where I never felt judged, which made it easier to be honest about my challenges and obstacles.

Becki worked within my capabilities while also encouraging me to challenge myself and recognise my own potential. After just a few weeks, I noticed a real shift in my mindset — I became more aware of what was holding me back and, more importantly, how to overcome those barriers. Through the structure, support, and accountability built into the sessions, I’ve been able to create a healthier balance between my work and physical wellbeing, and I feel more confident in maintaining those changes long term.

Thank you, Becki, for creating a supportive environment that helped me make meaningful changes. I would definitely recommend Becki to my family and friends who are looking for someone who listens, supports, and helps them work towards their goals in a realistic and encouraging way.

My situation was very complex – my child  is neurodivergent, there was domestic abuse in the form of post separation abuse and financial abuse and communications between me and my ex-partner had broken down completely.  Becki immediately grasped the difficulty of the situation and was friendly whilst maintaining professional integrity and went the extra mile. I came to rely on Becki’s support during the Court process which she gave without comprising her role.  When I thought that I was faced with a near-impossible situation she came up with pragmatic and workable solutions – that did work.  In my interactions with her I felt that she was always very clear with me in terms of whether my expectations and hopes were realistic, and she always considered my child.  I felt very confident that she a) knew what she was doing and b) really wanted a solution for us all that was in the best interests of my child. I can’t imagine anyone else understanding such a complex and difficult situation.

Matthew,

In 2023 I was in a desperate place.  I'd spent a decade and small fortune fighting to stay in my daughter's life after separation from her mum.  The relationship was becoming more and more distant. Eighteen months on I have a calm and loving child living with me.  I can have a calm conversation with my daughter's mother.  Not something I would have been able to say before.  I will never be able to express in words what Becki did for our family.  I will always be grateful and never forget the difference she made.
